From the clinical portal, you can activate different care plans in your patient's app. These encourage your patients to record their health metrics and keep them up-to-date. These are the same metrics that can feed into your QOF payments.

Provide patients access to their health records
Patients can access all of their health records at the touch of a button, which means they less occasions when they need to contact your practice with queries. They can share their health records with family members and carers to create a circle-of-care for themselves.

Cut down on admin with Fit Notes and Repeat Prescriptions
Patients can request fit notes and repeat prescriptions via the app and these can be actioned from the clinical portal.
